How can I track the shipment of my order?

You will receive an email after we ship your watch. Please click directly on the link in the email to track your shipment. Alternatively, you can log in to your account via our website.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?

You should receive an order confirmation email immediately after you have made a purchase of Filippo Loreti product(s). If you are not able to find the confirmation in your mailbox, kindly check among the spam email folder, as order confirmation emails may sometimes fall under that category. You may also contact Filippo Loreti customer support at filippoloreti@connectedfuture.tech so that our team can check on your order.

When will you ship my order?

For all online orders, we will need at least 7-10 business days to build and assemble your watch after you confirm your design and place the order through our website. Once it is assembled, we will ship your order to you.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on processing/delivery during peak season or before major holidays or festivals (e.g. Christmas or Valentine’s Day). For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

Do you cover import tax & duties?

All prices listed on our website exclude tax, unless stated otherwise. Some countries outside Hong Kong may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for imports, and these costs are not covered by payments made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

Is it possible to use a custom piece without using the presets on your website?

It is unfortunate that you were unable to find a fitting template among our selections. Currently, we only accept custom watch orders for designs created with our application. We recommend you experiment with our customizer on the watch product page. You can upload your own logo, signature, pattern or design to engrave on the caseback to further personalize the given templates.

Where are Filippo Loreti watches made?

Our watch movements are mainly manufactured in Japan; and our watches, depending on models, are assembled by highly skilled, professional watchmakers based in Hong Kong & Japan.

How detailed can the engraving be?

You can upload an image (in JPEG / PNG file formats) to the application to preview your watch. A clear line drawing picture with a resolution of at least 1080px by 1080px is recommended.

What is the difference between Automatic and Mechaquartz watches?

A quartz movement uses a battery as its primary power source. It operates via an electrical current given by the battery that provides power to the quartz crystal. The vibrations cause the movement to oscillate, which drives the motor and moves the hands on the dial. Quartz movements are known to be more accurate than mechanical movements, and convenient because a quartz watch will continue to run without having to wear or wind it.

Automatic movements can be usually found in self-winding watches. These are complex devices made up of a mainspring, trains of gear, and composed of hundreds of tiny and intricate parts. The natural motion of the wearer provides energy to wind the mainspring and makes manual winding unnecessary if worn everyday. The movements of your arm cause an internal moving weight to rotate and transfer energy to the power reserve. You can also gently shake the watch from side to side to cause the weight to rotate and ‘power up’ the reserve. If you wear the watch continuously (even if you take it off for a day or so, depending on the power reserve), it will continue to run just from the power it stores up while you wear it.

How can I make sure my watch lasts a long time and stays in a good condition?

In general, you should avoid exposing your watch to physical shocks, extreme changes in temperature and humidity, as well as protect it from water. To keep your watch clean, we recommend carefully cleaning the watch with a damp cloth from time to time. Make sure you keep your mechanical watch away from magnets to get rid of magnetization, which may cause your watch to be defective.

For maximum longevity, we also recommend having the watch serviced every 5-10 years by a qualified watchmaker to make sure the movement stays in a good condition.

Why do you need my email address?

Filippo Loreti requires customers to input their email address to ensure that the order confirmation and receipt are sent to them. This is to keep our customers updated on the process and, if subscribed to our newsletter, update them on the latest products and promotions.

Can I purchase the watch as a gift?

Absolutely! Whether it is a corporate or personal gift, we can help you create unique watches for your colleagues, family, or special someone. Filippo Loreti watches make for an amazing gift because of the customization feature, which also allows personalizing or engraving of messages on the product.

Can I place a bulk order?

If you are planning to order more than 50 watches, please contact us at filippoloreti@connectedfuture.tech.

Why do I need to create an account?

Having an account will allow you to view and track your orders, add your billing and postal address (or addresses) so you won’t have to do it again for future purchases, edit your account password whenever you want to, and change your newsletter subscription preferences.

How do I change my delivery details after ordering?

Please email filippoloreti@connectedfuture.tech as soon as possible after making the order. After we ship your watch, we will no longer be able to change the delivery details.
