EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY



RETURN FOR REFUND

 

We accept order returns for refund within 30 days from the date you received your order.

 

A full refund will be made to the customer by Filippo Loreti upon receipt of the return, however, for orders with customized parts (eg. Customized print on the dial), you are not eligible for a refund.

 

All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with the original packaging attached, and not altered from its original condition when it was shipped.

 

Return shipping fees and packages are the responsibility of the customer, Filippo Loreti will not provide return labels or refund shipping fees. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package. 

 

Before processing any return, please contact Filippo Loreti’s customer service at filippoloreti@connectedfuture.tech for proper guidance. Avoid shipping your products back to Filippo Loreti without Filippo Loreti’s knowledge as order references may be lost. 



EXCHANGE

 

As with exchanges, the item you wish to exchange must be in mint condition with all original packaging and components. 

 

You will receive Filippo Loreti store credit, once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories/gifts included). You may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund you the difference for lower-priced items and bill you for the difference for a higher-priced product.

 

After you receive a confirmation from a customer support representative the exchanging item should be sent to Filippo Loreti within 7 days. Please note that the shipping costs incurred during the delivery of your parcel will not be included in your store credit.

 

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

 

If you would like to request an exchange for your item, please fill out the form here within 30 days after receiving the item, so our support team could send you further instructions.

 

No refund/return for personalized.

 

If the item you received is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.


Upon dispute, Filippo Loreti reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
